High-Conflict Divorce Coaching

What is High-Conflict Divorce Coaching?

Navigating separation or divorce with a high-conflict co-parent presents unique and daunting challenges. At Co-Parenting Resilient Kids, I provide specialized coaching designed to support parents facing persistent conflict, coercive control, or post-separation abuse.

My coaching approach is child-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in an understanding of family systems, high-conflict personalities, and the unique needs of children exposed to family conflict.

  1. Understand high-conflict dynamics and the impact this has on children

  2. Learn Co-Parenting Dos and Don’ts to prioritize your child’s wellbeing amidst ongoing conflict

  3. Develop effective communication skills with your co-parent that will help lower the conflict

  4. Develop documentation skills for interactions with a difficult co-parent, legal professionals, and the court

  5. Organize documentation for your attorney to significantly reduce their hours and save you money on legal fees

  6. Establish healthy boundaries to reduce conflict and protect your peace

  7. Prepare for mediation or court appearances by organizing evidence and clarifying your priorities

  8. Build resilience—for yourself and your child—while fostering hope for the future

My goal is to help you:

While direct services are for parents, I steadfastly center children’s well-being in every facet of my work.

Whether you are contemplating divorce, newly separated or have been managing a high-conflict co-parenting relationship for years, coaching can provide clarity, validation, and practical tools to help you move forward with confidence and safeguard your children’s wellbeing
