About Me
My name is Lisa Garg, and I am the founder of Co-Parenting Resilient Kids LLC.
With over a decade of experience as a child therapist (limited license psychologist) in Michigan, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and their families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My clinical background has given me deep insight into the emotional needs of children and the importance of fostering resilience and healthy parent-child relationships—especially during times of family change.
After years of working with children and families in clinical settings, I pursued specialized training in high-conflict divorce coaching to help parents navigate the unique challenges of post-separation abuse and complex co-parenting dynamics. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, child-centered practice, with a steadfast commitment to empowering parents to prioritize their child’s wellbeing—even in the most difficult circumstances.
I believe every parent deserves guidance, empathy, and practical strategies as they work to protect their child’s best interests. It is my mission to help families find clarity, stability, and hope as they move forward.
*Please note: The services I provide through Co-Parenting Resilient Kids are limited to coaching and support; I do not provide therapy or legal advice.*
“Lisa Garg is a graduate of the High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program. This eight-week, intensive course focuses on the complex dynamics of high-conflict divorce and child custody battles. Our program emphasizes the realities of post-separation abuse and teaches that it often takes only one individual engaging in toxic or abusive behaviors to create a high-conflict situation. Lisa will be an incredible resource and advocate for those navigating the family court system. It was an honor to have Lisa in our program, and I look forward to cheering her on in her advocacy work.”
